Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event that you are dissatisfied with the services provided, we will refund the amount paid, provided the reasons are genuine and verified after investigation.
Please read the terms carefully before purchasing any service, as they provide important details regarding the services offered by EduACS.
In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their services and request a refund as per the policy stated below.
Service charges are refundable (excluding taxes) only if EduACS is unable to provide a seat through NEET counselling.
Service charges are also refundable (excluding taxes) if the student does not qualify the NEET examination.
No refund shall be processed under any other circumstances except those specifically mentioned in this policy.

I am fully aware of the service charges and fair counselling process support provided by the consultancy. I hereby accept the refund and cancellation policy of the consultancy as stated below.
I understand that a partial refund of up to 50% (excluding GST) may be processed only if I cancel the counselling before seat allotment due to a genuine emergency reason.
