REFUND & CANCELLATION

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event that you are dissatisfied with the services provided, we will refund the amount paid, provided the reasons are genuine and verified after investigation.

Please read the terms carefully before purchasing any service, as they provide important details regarding the services offered by EduACS.

In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their services and request a refund as per the policy stated below.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Please ensure confirmation before registering with EduACS.
• Once registered with EduACS, there is generally no cancellation policy applicable.
• Cancellation before counselling is allowed with deduction of 50% of the service amount plus applicable GST.

2. Refund Policy

Service charges are refundable (excluding taxes) only if EduACS is unable to provide a seat through NEET counselling.

Service charges are also refundable (excluding taxes) if the student does not qualify the NEET examination.

No refund shall be processed under any other circumstances except those specifically mentioned in this policy.

3. Self-Declaration Form

I am fully aware of the service charges and fair counselling process support provided by the consultancy. I hereby accept the refund and cancellation policy of the consultancy as stated below.

Refund Will Not Be Processed In The Following Cases:

1. If I register for counselling and Eduambrosia Consultancy initiates the process, my ward gets a seat allotment, and I refuse to take admission and request a refund.
2. If I fail to cooperate with the consultancy during counselling through any communication channel without any genuine reason, and the counselling date expires.

I understand that a partial refund of up to 50% (excluding GST) may be processed only if I cancel the counselling before seat allotment due to a genuine emergency reason.

100% Refund (Excluding GST) Will Be Processed In The Following Cases:

1. If my ward is unable to qualify the NEET UG/PG examination and becomes ineligible for counselling.
2. If the consultancy is unable to provide seat allocation based on my ward’s NEET score and agreed terms.

I hereby declare that I have read and understood all the terms and conditions governing the counselling policy of Eduambrosia Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd and agree to abide by them.
